Settlements

Payment will be due 30 days from the date of invoice and shall be strictly net. Overdue accounts are subject to a 4% interest charge on the month's total and may be placed on credit stop, which may cause a delay in the dispatch of outstanding orders. To avoid incorrect interest charges being applied to your account, please immediately notify us when payment has been made via the Bank Automated Clearing System (BACS).

Carriage

Please allow 5-days delivery (excluding bespoke devices). Carriage charges will usually be added to the cost of the goods unless previous arrangement have been made.

Returns

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund. A 15% restocking charge will be made in respect of current stock items returend if incorrectly ordered by the customer. It is our policy to issue credit refunds for all products returned in prefect condition within 14 days od purchase. We will not accept returned goods unless prior authority has been obtained from Bio, nor will we accept goods back which have been specially ordered or manufactured to the requests of the customer.
